Meet the Broker

I’m Cassie Powell (Johnson)  the Broker and Owner of One Iron Realty, and I’ve proudly been a real estate professional since 2019. I’m passionate about helping my clients plant roots, chase dreams, and find their perfect place to call home.

I’m a rural wife and mom, dedicated to my faith, family, clients, and my community—and I’m proud to call Chinook, MT my home! I was raised on a ranch south of Chinook in the Missouri Breaks, as well as on an acreage in a small Iowa community. Both places shaped who I am today and instilled in me the values of hard work, honesty, and the importance of community—values I carry into every real estate transaction.

After earning a rodeo scholarship to Fort Scott Community College and graduating from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, I returned home to Chinook for good. In 2019, after my family sold our longtime ranch, I experienced firsthand just how personal and emotional real estate transactions can be. That moment helped me realize how important it is to have someone you trust by your side—someone who understands the weight of those decisions and is committed to helping you navigate them with care.

I truly love giving back to the community that raised me and helping others discover the beauty and lifestyle that rural Montana has to offer. Whether you're buying, selling, or just starting to explore your options, I'm here to guide you with local knowledge, trust, and dedication.

The One Iron Brand

The One Iron livestock brand, forged from a single piece of metal, has long stood as a powerful symbol of authenticity and strength in Montana’s ranching heritage. Traditionally used by land stewards and homesteaders who raised their own cattle and cared deeply for the land, it embodies a legacy of stewardship and integrity passed down through generations.

This brand was handed down from my dad to my brother and me, carrying with it a deep respect for the land and the values that come with it.

At One Iron Realty, I’m honored to carry forward that legacy by helping those who live, work, and invest in this land with the same dedication and respect reflected in the one iron brand.
